Pakistani Spice Blend

Ingredients

  • 1Tbs Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Tbs Cumin

  • 1 Tbs Cardamon

  • 1 Tbs Coriander

  • 1 Tbs Turmeric

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Clove

  • 1Tbs Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground

  • 1-2tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbs Fennel, ground (if you can't find ground, use whole seeds and smash them the best you can using a grinder, or meat tenderizer on a cutting board)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Generously rub into chicken, saving the rest in a container for later use!


Optional: nutmeg, chili powder, red pepper flakes. If you are nightshade sensitive, leave these out.
