Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spicy preference)

  • 1 ½ tsp cumin

  • 1Tbs dried oregano

  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 Tbs garlic powder

  • 1Tbs black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt (optional)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.  Transfer to a container for future uses, preferably a glass container.
